Do you have a Build on Your Own Lot program?
Currently, Avonley Homes does not have Build on Your Own Lot program. We have a variety of communities to choose from throughout the Brazos Valley and we would love to be part of your homebuilding process!
Where does Avonley Homes Currently Build?
At the moment, Avonley Homes is building in Bryan and College Station. We have subdivisions in Navasota and Caldwell that are still in the development phase, but will be breaking ground on those communities soon!
How do I submit a warranty request?
When you need to submit a warranty request, please follow the steps below. Visit the website.
- Navigate to the "Homeowners" Tab.
- Choose the "Warranty Request" option.
- Fill out the provided form with the necessary information.
- Submit the completed form.
Once you've submitted the warranty request, it will be received and processed by the office. Make sure to provide all the required details and any relevant documentation to facilitate a quick and efficient resolution to your warranty request.
