Our Sales Team would love to sit down for a cup of coffee with you and learn more about the needs of you and your family. We will provide you with all of the information that you need to move forward with your home building journey with Avonley Homes! In the meeting that you have with your Sales Counselor, you will be provided with any pricing, standard and included features and any additional neighborhood specific information. With several communities across the Brazos Valley, our Sales Team is very knowledgeable and ready to help you through every step of the way!

With several neighborhoods in Bryan and College Station, we have readily available lots in Rudder Pointe, Bonham Trace, Pinemont, Austin's Colony and Mission Ranch! In the near future, we will have lots in Altamira in Navasota and Rubicon and Quinn Waters in Caldwell. All of these communities allow us to provide you with information on the perfect location for you and your family! With an in-house drafting team, you can pick your lot, your plan and get ready to break ground on your new home!

If you are in need of a Pre-Approval for your new home, ask  us about our "Avonley Homes Award Program." We would be delighted to help guide you through this process as well.

Once you have selected your lot and your plan, you will sign a "Lot Reservation" with your Sales Counselor. Your "Lot Reservation" will consist of making a small deposit to enter our pre-construction process and will also go towards the down payment of your home. After you have signed your "Lot Reservation," you will hear from one of our experienced Designers to schedule your selections appointment. They have a vast knowledge and will guide you through every step of the way in designing our dream home, providing beautiful options for your home.

Now that you have picked your dream home location, plan and made all of your selections, it is now time to sign your contract! Once this is signed, the construction process will be underway! You will receive updates from your Sales Counselor throughout the process to make sure that you are continuously kept in the loop throughout the duration of your build.
